What and how we did things last year seems a distant past, considering how we have adapted to doing things now and possibly will now continue to do as the new "norm". It is understandable that even if restrictions are lifted, many may not be as keen to hop on a plane or gather in large groups for events and workshops.
Since March,
Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas and
Six Senses Spas have been offering followers and guests a daily dose of online classes including yoga, meditation, cooking, marine biology schooling and live chats. Continuing into the next stage, Six Senses at Home is providing the following line up to maintain your health and wellbeing while at home.
