You'll find the Asian Pot, a hole in the wall café, right beside Nandos on Knuckey Street. It's in Central Arcade and underneath Darwin Central Hotel. It's a short walk from Mitchell Street and Cavanagh Street. Parking is nearby at the Woolworths. It's only open Monday to Friday between 10am to 3pm.
Asian Pot has been serving Darwinians for a long time. It's a local lunchtime haunt. There's usually a queue at lunch, so be prepared to wait for a little. There is also seating nearby if you want to 'eat in' in the airconditioned area underneath the Darwin Central Hotel.
Asian Pot is most famous for it's Singaporean, Malay and Thai cuisine. You won't be disappointed. The noodles are delicious and if you're craving laksa, they have it on the menu. The staff are fast and friendly when serving.
