No Confusion - It's Asian Fusion
I am a food lover. I enjoy culinary experiences from across the globe. I love 5 star. I love to be wined and dined. But I also love a little local where you can be guaranteed great food every time. You know the one, we all have them!

Our little local, Asian Fusion, never lets us down.

Located in Chinatown - 149 Wickham St Fortitude Valley, don't let its yellow walls and red vinyl seats dissuade you.

This place brings a fusion of great Asian flavours that will have you coming back for more. With more Chinese and Vietnamese food that you can poke a stick at you are guaranteed to find a favourite (or two).

A few recommendations include:

1. Hot and Sour Soup
2. Mongolian Tofu
3. Grandma's Bean Curd Hot Pot
4. Sang Choi bow (seafood)
5. Salt and Pepper Prawn
6. Lemon Chicken
7. Vietnamese BBQ Sugar Cane Prawn Rice Paper Rolls
8. Deep Fried Ice Cream

They also do banquets (which we have done several times before, are BYO and are a great place to spend Chinese New year! Seldom closed, Tina and John are the ultimate hosts!

I'd love to hear your new favourites!

Oh, Ive never had a baked alaska. Its literally a ball of ice cream coated in a yummy crumb and fried so that it is crispy out the outside but cold and yummy on the inside. Ah bliss!!!

Mongolian Tofu and deep fried ice cream sound good. Is that a bit like a baked Alaska, only fried instead of baked?

Yep - that's it Rose. It is delicious. And the tofu is a great desert option also - it's quite sweet and tasty!
