Their Combination Banh Mi featured a combination of grilled chicken, roast pork and Vietnamese meat loaf. The grilled chicken was cooked just right and the crackling of the roast pork added some crunch to the dish. A contrast of texture was provided by the Vietnamese meat loaf and there was a generous amount of pickled vegetables. While the chilli had a punchy spicy taste, it should still be suitable for most tastes.

Replacing the combination of meats with meatballs, the meatballs in the Meatball Banh Mi was soft with enough sauce to ensure they were not too dry. Compared to the Combination Banh Mi, the amount of chilli included was not as much.

The perfect size for a single diner, the chicken in the Grilled Chicken with Sticky Rice was cooked as well as that in the Combination Banh Mi. There was enough chicken included to make eating the dish a satisfying experience. The sticky rice acted as a good foil to the chicken and was cooked in some oil to give it some flavour.

Replacing the sticky rice with noodles, the noodles in the Grilled Chicken with Noodles retained some bite and the sauce they were tossed in gave the dish a savoury flavour. Extra texture was provided by the vegetables and the inclusion of chilli gave a hint of spiciness.

Compared to the meatballs in the Meatball Banh Mi, the Grilled Meatballs were firmer while still retaining some moistness. The sauce used to glaze the meatballs gave them a sweet-savoury flavour that is similar to Char Siu pork.
Their Spring Roll was fried to golden-brown and the vegetable filling had a nice firm texture to it. The size of the Spring Roll also makes it enough to serve as a satisfying snack for one. The filling can be hot so eating it slowly is advised to avoid burning yourself.
