Nurture your inner yogi at HK's 10th Annual Yoga Expo
Billed as Asia's leading annual yoga wellness conference and exhibition, this event is a gathering of all things yoga-related under one roof.
The schedule includes lectures, classes, workshops and presentations by a variety of speakers and instructors from the Hong Kong and international yoga community. Topics are mainly focused on yoga but there are some lectures on related themes such as spirituality, astrology, relaxation and fitness.

The workshops range from the physical practice of the different types of yoga (Hatha, Iyengar, Ashtanga etc) to awakening the energetic body and healing through sound meditation.

There will be a marketplace with vendors offering all things yoga-related for sale such as mats, towels, books and the latest yoga gear. Some stalls also offer services such as body awakening and mini detox programs.

This year is the 10th anniversary of the Evolution Asia Yoga Conference. All are welcome to attend the four-day event to backbend, downward dog and awaken their consciousness on their path to spiritual enlightenment.

Entry is free of charge to the lounge area, yoga exhibition and stalls area. However most classes and workshops except those specifically listed as free are chargeable. Children are welcome at this family-friendly event, although only children over the age of 14 may attend workshops, events or classes (unless specifically for kids or families).

The conference is being held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. The venue is a 10 minute walk from Wan Chai MTR Station. Once inside the venue the conference head to the Convention Hall, Level 1 - South Wing.
