Horse racing has become a very popular pastime and this list will give you a few ideas of places of where you can enjoy horse racing as well as other activities.

CROWN PERTH OPENING DAY
At Ascot Racecourse on Saturday, 12th October 2019, the gates will open at 9:00 am. The first race starts at 12:37 pm with the last race being held at around 5:25 pm.

Horse Racing is exciting! It is something that people can get so worked up about that it can become a passion.

The 2019 Ascot Racing Carnival begins with this function and it goes right through to the TABtouch Perth Cup on 4th January 2020. Why not get ready for Crown Perth Opening Day and MYER Fashions on the Field! You could celebrate with the ladies on Champion Fillies Day, enjoy trackside fashions on TABtouch, Derby at Ascot and Melbourne Cup Day at Ascot and watch Australia's finest thoroughbreds running for real horseplay.

To end this event, you could indulge in great horseplay on TABtouch Perth Cup Day with 10 key carnival days featuring plenty of entertainment. On each day, there will be a specific theme allowing you to take part in your interests.

The luck of the Irish comes to Ascot Racecourse and you could celebrate the green colour, smiles and laughs of the glorious Emerald Isle, with heaps of Guinness and Kilkenny on tap!

Enjoy a bit of horseplay with traditional Irish treats, live music and a full raceday schedule.

[b]CHAMPIONS FILLIES DAY**
This will be held on 16th November 2019 and once again lunch will be available for two. For bookings and more information, go to this site.

[b]BOOKING INFORMATION**
Only food purchased from the racecourse catering may be consumed in the picnic area - external food is not permitted.

Groups larger than four guests can be seated together to form bigger groups, but please mention this in the online booking form.

There is an additional $50 for each extra guest for groups of five or more, and bookings must be received by midday Thursday prior to the race day.
