This January, Artlings Studio is hosting an exciting series of interactive Mini-Masters workshops for Primary School aged children.The 2 hour workshops will be held in Aldgate, Thebarton, Mitcham, Blackwood, Payneham, Victor Harbour and presented by talented Artlings Studio teachers who are passionate about bringing out the best in your child.Your child will receive individualised attention and all art materials and smocks are included. All your child needs to do is wear comfortable clothes and they'll soon be creating masterpieces in little artist heaven!SPECIAL XMAS OFFER: Buy one and get 50% of your next workshop (valid to 24/12 or until classes are sold out).The 2015 Summer Holiday Art Program consists of 8 workshops including: Graffiti KulchaThe increasingly recognised art form of Graffiti is explored in this cutting edge class. Using street art techniques, children will 'tag' their name in bold and edgy lettering and use pens in wild colours to create striking works of art.[BREAK] Miro Inspired CreaturesJump feet first into Surrealism as the Artlings crew completely flip your child's perspective of how they see the world. Inspired by famous Spanish Artist, Joan Miro, children will use real and invented shapes to create fun creatures and back them with a unique colouring method of staining with bleeding tissue paper![BREAK] Beastly BugsArmed with a magnifying glass and a stunning collection of suspended real bugs, this is the ultimate art project for the budding Entomologist! Children will learn about what makes a bug a bug, and use clever techniques to create their own.[BREAK] Dinosaur Chalk PastelsGet prehistoric as the Artlings crew slip into the Age when dinosaurs roamed the earth. In this super creative class your child will channel their inner 'Raaaarrrr', bringing to life their very own fun and funky dinosaur in its natural environment.[BREAK] Click here to view all the workshops on offer.
