Arthur Premetis owns several shops in the Eastern suburbs (Bondi Junction, Paddington, Randwick), and is well known for his classic style of pizza and fresh ingredients.

You may or may not have seen his shop in Paddington with the sign hanging upside down - quite the eye-catcher!
