Like most children, I grew up reading Arthur books and watching the animated television series of the same name, so when I heard there was a new Arthur movie, I just had to see it!

At first I was a little put off by the somewhat crude 3D animation, that made some the characters look completely different, but as I watched I found that this movie was definitely made for Arthur fans, young and old.

This touching film takes its audience on the sad story of the day that Arthur's beloved puppy; Pal goes missing after Arthur forgets to feed him.

Arthur's Missing Pal teaches kids the consequences of neglecting a pet, as Arthur desperately searches for his little fury friend, with the help of his best friend "Detective Buster" and comical relief of his sister, D.W. running around like crazy screaming "Toilet Water!" that will have your kids laughing and quoting it for months to come.

This is the film really a touching story of friendship, teamwork and loyalty.

This film was released in 2006

8/10
