Located on a triangular block of land between Asbury Street and Madeley Street, Arthur Powell Reserve is a recreation area with tennis courts and a playground.

The reserve is home to the Ocean Grove Tennis Club, which was established in 1924 and now has over 300 members.

There are seven tennis courts and clubroom facilities, with shelters and seating around the outside of the courts.

The club welcomes new members of all ages and abilities, and runs regular competitions and social games during the weekdays, nights and weekends.

Next to the tennis courts, there's a grass area with a small playground.
