Located on the rooftop of CapitaGreen, Artemis Grill is best known for its Mediterranean-styled and sustainable food accompanied by panoramic views of the Singapore CBD. Chef Fernando Arevalo and his kitchen served up Dôme aux Fraises inspired by the spring season.
The eye-catching dome of meringue was painted with tones of pink and white and shaped like a Japanese peach. It cracked open to reveal a deliciously sweet and multi-textural mixture of Gariguette strawberries, raspberry mousse and white chocolate brownie. The rose and vinegar ice cream with milk crumble on the side was a fragrant accompaniment that balanced the sweetness.
