Located on the rooftop of CapitaGreen, Artemis Grill is best known for its Mediterranean-styled and sustainable food accompanied by panoramic views of the Singapore CBD. Chef Fernando Arevalo and his kitchen served up seaweed sorbet with Mara Des Bois strawberries.
This delightful play on ingredients introduced a classically savoury item like seaweed to ice cream, resulting in mouthfuls of creaminess and light crunch, followed by the nutty sesame seed crumble. The Mara Des Bois strawberry added a sweet-sour fragrance and tang to the palate.
