Located on the rooftop of CapitaGreen, Artemis Grill is best known for its Mediterranean-styled and sustainable food accompanied by panoramic views of the Singapore CBD. Chef Fernando Arevalo and his kitchen served up Sylvain Erhardt's asparagus with grilled piquillo peppers and macadamia on a bed of comte fondant.
The star of this seasonal dish was the green asparagus from Sylvain Erhardt, a famed farmer in Provence, France. His asparagus are considered by chefs as one of the best asparagus in the world and availability is decided by the producer and not the buyer. Every bite was a mouthful of tender crunch and sweetness.
