Located on the rooftop of CapitaGreen, Artemis Grill is best known for its Mediterranean-styled and sustainable food accompanied by panoramic views of the Singapore CBD. Chef Fernando Arevalo and his kitchen served up smoked eel with white asparagus, forest mushrooms, garlic flower and salty fingers.
The dish painted a picture of farmstead in Spring with sustainable produce from the rivers, land and forest. The smoked eel from New Zealand was moist with light salty and oily flavours. The tender white asparagus and meaty morels were exclusive to the season and the fingers added a delightful burst of salty crunch to the palate.
