I love the good life and particular great food. Good food is meant to be shared. Follow me on my adventures through food, travelling and all that I am passionate about.

For me, talk of a food truck equates to Burger Theory and Burger Theory equates to Burger love.

A 'Calender' of the Artburgers to follow

The crew behind Burger Theory and Pearl's Diner has just launched their Artburger series. Every fortnight from 29th August, a new burger created in alliance with five local artists will be featured for two weeks until 20th November. Have a look at the first burger in the series here. With apple slaw, chipotle mayo, american cheese and optional bacon, it will be exciting to see what other gourmet combinations will ensue in the weeks to come. To keep track of where the Burger Theory food truck will be, log onto their Facebook page here.

At the same time, over this 12 week Artburger event, there will be a limited edition hand screened burger art print available from Burger Theory at $10 each. Inspired by burgers, they feature local artists and are produced by the talented Tristan Kerr.

If you have never had a burger from Burger Theory, be prepared for a line up. There are a limited number of Artburgers available for sale. As for me, I am donning my sneakers and getting in there quick. If you have queued for 15 minutes and the burger lover in front of you has bought the last of the burgers, the feeling of dismay that follows is not a good experience to have (trust me, it has happened).
