Make your own piece of 17th Century Couture
This January the Art Gallery of NSW is hosting a free art making workshop for families.

17the Century Couture

The event is inspired by the gallery's current 17th century art exhibition; Rembrandt and the Dutch Golden Age: Masterpieces from the Rijksmuseum.

After finding inspiration from the works on display, kids can have fun creating a stylish collar, cuff or cap with all art materials supplied by the gallery. At the end of the workshop they can bring home their very own piece of 17th century Dutch-inspired couture!

The art making activity will be on in the Entrance Court from Mondays to Fridays between 11am and 4pm and will run until the 26th of January 2018. No bookings are required for this event.

The art workshop is free. Entry to the Rembrandt exhibition is free for children under 12 and adult prices start from $18 for members.
