By Enriching Communities, Newstead, is the Art Gallery Tour of Waterfront Artisan Studio this July 08 at 7 PM to 8.30 PM AEST. The Jan Manton Gallery , 54 Vernon Terrace, Teneriffe, QLD 4005 is the location for this event. The organiser is excited to announce the latest addition to the Waterfront Newstead Artisan Studio Series. Waterfront Studios and Mirvac support this event.

FREE tickets are available now from Eventbrite for this wonderful evening. There will be a number of things to do that evening. There will be a chance to see the art of the Berlin-based, Brisbane artist, Karla Marchesi . Exhibiting at the Jan Manton Gallery from 23 June - 11 July 2021, there shall be an exclusive look at her latest collection and exploring how Berlin has been inspiring her works!

Aside from Karla's artworks, director Jan Manton is providing a behind the scenes look at the art gallery and will be able to answer questions about local artists and the local art scene. She will also be giving insights into how you can use and display art (for example, purchased at local galleries) in your home. On top of all the great art and advice on the evening, light refreshments and drinks shall be provided as well.

The gallery itself is a leading contemporary art gallery established in 2004 in the wool store precinct in Teneriffe. It aims to support artists who contribute to the vibrant and dynamic discourse in Australian contemporary art. In terms of other relevant facts about the evening, compliance with the current Covid restrictions is a must, so if feeling unwell you are requested to kindly stay home. If your circumstances change, cancel your ticket in Eventbrite and then you are no longer able to attend. Photos and videos at community events are taken to promote their community program.
