Regular attendees of the famous Art Bazaar Markets which often take place in town at Civic Park will be excited to hear that the markets are now coinciding with the Cruise ships seasonally docking in Newcastle Harbour. This gives everyone in Newcastle a greater opportunity to peruse and purchase some of the amazing handiwork consistently on offer at these markets.

The Cruise markets have been hitting our shores outside the Newcastle Regional Museum from February, but the next one is your last chance this season to check it out and grab some amazing local artisan goods. They were originally put in place for tourists coming through Newcastle on the various Cruise lines but are open to all who wish to attend. More importantly, they provide another opportunity for locals and visitors alike to make the most of these fabulous markets which only occur a few times per year.

The reason these markets are such a roaring success is the high standard of quality delivered by the Hunter Arts Network. Stall holders sell original material only, not cheap imported goods. Some offer tutorials and demonstrations on how their crafts or artworks are done. Come and let your world be rocked by the originality, the craftsmanship and innovative designs produced by Hunter artists. The results are beautiful gift ideas, homewares, personal items, jewellery and souvenirs that will promise to delight any recipient.

If you are interested in becoming a stall holder please go to the Hunter Arts Network website .
