Are you a crafty, creative woman who is also tired, and busy all of the time? It doesn't give you a lot of time to do the things that you love, so it is always important to take a couple of hours to do what you love to do and relax. It helps you to recharge your batteries and makes you happier and often healthier too. Well, if you have an art or craft project on the go, then you can bring it with you to the Art and Craft Catch Up . This free event means that you can work on what you have been putting off and also helps you to have a chat and release the tension.



There are no instructions and you have to bring your own projects, no matter what they might be. And while you're there, you can talk to the other busy ladies and give yourself the space you need to really be yourself. You deserve to have some time on your own, to chat, have a cuppa and finish that art piece that you have been putting off.

You have the chance to connect with other women who are in a similar situation and have the chance to talk without being expected to take care of someone else. In all the rush of a busy world, we often forget to take care of our own needs and interests. You can listen to music if you just want some peace while you work on your craft projects. Whatever it is that you need, and whatever you happen to be working on, then you are welcome to come to this free event.

If you do want to have a chat and express yourself in this open and encouraging atmosphere, then head to the Gosnells Women's Health Service in Gosnells on Monday, the 15th of May between 1pm and 3pm. You should book a ticket just to ensure you don't miss out.
