This Winter, Fraser's Restaurant is presenting a unique culinary experience celebrating regional cuisine and WA's finest produce!
This dining event is part of the ongoing 'Around the World with Food & Wine' Dinner Series, transporting guests to destinations near and far through traditional flavours and much loved regional dishes.
The forthcoming 'Celebrate WA' event will be held on Thursday 2nd June from 7pm, coinciding with the WA day long weekend.
During the evening, guests will be invited to indulge in a 5 course set menu designed and prepared by Fraser's Head Chef, Rhys Jones.
The event will take place in the elegant surrounds of Fraser's Private Dining Room and guests will be treated to a sensational selection of regional cuisine and superbly matched premium wines.
The menu consists of five tapas style dishes, each showcasing the finest produce and flavours of the region.
Each dish will be accompanied by a glass of wine which has been specifically selected by a Sommelier to perfectly complement the dish.
