A wide selection of all things military on view and for sale
Kevin Tarling is an expert in historic weapons. Apart from his business in this field he is keen to promote the historical aspect of collecting and preserving both weapons and all things military. To this end, Kevin holds the Arms and Militaria Fair twice a year in Adelaide, in March and October. This event brings together like minded people in the one venue, including dealers, collectors, history buffs and the generally curious.

Dealers in these wares come from all over Australia, and with 200 tables provided to site holder space there is plenty to see. Items that site holders bring to this event include vintage arms, cavlary swords, war helmuts, uniform clothing and service hats, insignia and medals, and much more. There is even a stall with military models like the toy soldiers of years ago.

Specialist dealers in guns will be in attendance to give you the information you need on new, second hand and antique shotguns, rifles, and pistols. Collectable ammunition is for sale from one dealer who specialises in this field. The event also has some general antiques dealers for that unique item or something different. Books, both old and new are a popular item at the fair.
