Healthy, fit, clean eating at the finest spot on the Parade
Located in the heart of the Parade is a gorgeous, little cafe which emanates of freshness and purity.

Argo Espresso, or as the locals better know it, Argo on the Parade is a cute, little eatery that boasts of an exciting range of options that is bound to awaken the fit person inside all of us.

The decor of Argo is extremely modern and allows a lot of natural light to fill up the cafe with a sense of happiness and vibrancy.

While smaller than its counterpart on the Square in the Adelaide CBD, I feel like the size of Argo is perfect to cater to their customers by providing them with a choice of indoor or outdoor seating. I also think it's best to visit Argo early in the day, as it gets packed with customers very quickly!

In addition to providing their customers with a satisfying culinary experience, Argo also has shelves of their own travel mugs and coffee - something I'd highly recommend you to check out and potentially get for your household, because there's nothing better than freshly brewed coffee from Argo to light up your day and give you that 'zing' to wake up in the mornings.

In terms of dining - I ordered the Carla's wrap - I thought it would be a good choice and a simple meal, but the wrap was so much better than what I had expected. I especially loved how Argo has really thought about how the serving of a wrap should go - considering how wraps are typically very messy to eat, I am so pleased to see that they cut the wrap into two mini-wraps that are much easier to handle.

The flavours were simply beautiful, and the chicken was tender enough to melt in my mouth. I have found a new favourite dish to devour next time I go to Argo - excellent value for just $12, I feel like this was a highly nutritious meal!

My partner ordered the Big Breakfast and found every single piece on that dish to complement each other brilliantly. A truly Australian breakfast, this dish includes a little bit of everything to make it a hearty meal. He especially commented on how fresh the meal was, and that everything was "cooked to perfection".

Argo on the Parade is a fantastic spot to enjoy seriously good and delicious food and/or drinks with good company (be it with friends, significant others, the family, or solo). Please do yourself a favour and drop by this cute eatery next time you find yourself strolling down the Parade. There's a reason it is always packed, and it's best if you pleasantly delight yourself with their exceptional customer service and delicious bites.
