Community events are a fantastic way discover the great work people are doing for the community and it also is quite inspirational to see, hear and feel the wonderful changes they have made to many peoples' lives.
Recognise the fabulous work of Ardoch Youth Foundation and celebrate their 25th anniversary at Ardoch's 25th Anniversary Community Festival at St Kilda Primary School on Sunday 6 October 2013.
Founded by Kathy Hilton OAM, Melbourne-based Ardoch Youth Foundation is a children's charity whose mission is to give disadvantaged children and young people access to education focusing on eliminating difficulties in obtaining full participation in education. Ardoch has supported thousands of children and young people in school participation and skill development by delivering education and wellbeing programs, which in turn, have given them access to more options in life.
Calling all supporters, families, friends, students, staff, volunteers and all others for a day of excellent festivities. Bring a picnic blanket, pack a picnic lunch and come for some lively entertainment, plenty of kids activities as well as thirst-quenching refreshments and yummy dessert.
It is a wonderful opportunity to have a chat with Kathy Hilton OAM, take part in fun activities including face painting, animal farm, parachute games, etc., and catch up with old friends. Starting at 11am, there will also be a short presentation and a chance to know more about Ardoch.
