Zany fun house in a carnival atmosphere
Step right in, folks, for the time of your life. Archie Brothers Electric Circus has arrived. Under the big top are crazy arcade games, dodgem cars, carousels all with a carnival atmosphere that would delight the young at heart. If you think carnivals are old time, think again. Archie Brothers is waiting for you to let loose your inner child with a thrilling interactive 3D theatre ride, a wild laser tag arena, test your bowling skills in an electrifying funhouse that compares to no other.
What more can the Archie Brothers bring? Shakes ($17) that are unreal and cocktails with a unique twist. I had the Colourful Clown Shake which was skewered with mouth-watering lollies, musk sticks and fairy floss laden with luscious cream and a vanilla frosted rim with colourful sprinkles that were delicious to eat on their own. My friend ordered the Popmaster Shake which had popcorn, Tim Tams and a fudge pretzel kebab stick topped with lashings of cream and a choc frosted rim. Delicious.
The shakes were a meal in themselves but not to be deterred, we pushed on with the Dazzler's Diner offering of novel burgers and hot dogs. We both chose The Bullfighter Burger ($19) with bacon, beef patty, pulled pork, tomato, pickle, cheese, Texas BBQ sauce and their secret burger sauce. The burgers were astonishing. The bun was green which was a unique twist on a beef burger. It appeared to be only colouring as the flavour was unaffected. We both nodded our glee as we munched into these appetizing meals.
A friend informed me a while ago that she is on the lookout for adult fun places to go with like-minded people. Archie Brothers is that kind of place for a zany good time. They have adult parties as well as kids parties. The staff were very helpful and professional. Archie Brothers Electric Circus is from the same people who brought the inimitable Holey Moley Golf. If it's fun you're after, the Electric Circus is the place to go.
Hint: If you're after bowling, I advise booking ahead.
