Treat of the day, hooray hooray, is here to stay! Straight from the creatives at FUNLAB, a new wonderland has arrived in Brisbane.

Toombul Shopping Centre's new entertainment and dining precinct has listened and replied to the growing demand for novelty bars in Brisbane. First, Holey Moley brought us a putt full of golfing fun, B. Lucky & Sons turned your childhood arcade memories up few hundred notches and now, when we are making plans to go out, we have on the menu. Yes, it's a (freaking) circus/bowling arcade bar option!



Step right up and order your loaded booze shake, climb into the vintage booth seating and watch all your fairy floss dreams come to life. There is truly something for everyone. Remember when your high school boyfriend 'apparently' spent a ton of money at the claw machine until he finally won the cutest red seal for you! Awww it was sweet right? Well, now you can win your own! Or beat him/her at bowling - seriously the competitive thrills are endless. There are bumper cars, virtual reality experiences, Mario Kart, Air Hockey, Dance Dance Revolution and the opportunity to release all that day's office drama with a round of Whack n Win.

This seems like a great team building, date night, squad gathering, girls night out/boys night out, family games night or treat yourself kind of venue. As you would expect from any Cirque (Circus) its loud and lots of fun.



The menu is American Dinner inspired with a dash of sideshow alley. Think giant pretzels, fancy fries, chicken wings, Hotdogs, Mighty Not Meaty Burger (V) and Gourmet Burgers - The Beast, The Chook, The Cheese and The Ruben. Drinks include well everything. Boozy shakes, Wine, Spritz, Mocktails and insane Cocktails.

Candy Stand - Strawberry shake with vanilla-frosted decorative rim, a giant lollipop, candy kebab, whipped cream and sprinkles. 18 VERSION includes Pampero White Rum and Frangelico.

Let's Get Ready to Crumble - Vanilla cookie shake with an Oreo-frosted rim garnished with a chocolate chip cookie, whipped cream and a classic Wagon Wheel (add Cinnamon Whisky for 18 VERSION!).

Mint Magic – The ultimate (MUST BE SHARED) boozy shake with decorative rim, filled with Jameson's Irish Whisky, crème de cacao, Menthe Verte, vanilla ice cream, milk, chocolate drops, topped with whipped cream and an Aero bar

Espresso Martini –Vodka, coffee liqueur, coffee espresso with a hint of vanilla and served with a mini Connoisseur Ice-cream!

The Pig Dog – Cheese Kransky wiener, hand-pulled poke, cheddar cheese, bacon, slaw and Texas BBQ on a crusty white bun.

Ferris Wheeler – Mac and cheese bites, spicy chicken wings, tater tots, sweet potato fries and beer-battered steak fries.

The Cutting Veg Pizza – A classic Margherita pizza, vegan mozzarella, beetroot base, basil and AB's secret pizza sauce.

Meat Eater Pizza - Slow braised pulled pork, pepperoni, smoked ham, bacon, mozzarella and Texas BBQ sauce.

Big Thing o' Wings - 1/2 kg spicy chicken wings served with ranch sauce, anyone??

Choc Caramel Contortionist – Gigantic pretzel with hot chocolate ganache, salted caramel and hundreds-and-thousands.


Things you should know:

You'll need a 'Bank of Archie Bros' card to play all the activities, these can be purchased on arrival. You load it and then tap to play the games - easy peasy! Arcade Games cost between $2 - $5.

Bowling shoes are available or you can bring your own, personally, I would be sure to bring your own socks. (Full disclosure that is mostly because I dislike feet! )
