This year's edition of the popular Arcadian Artists Exhibition & Trail will be held on the weekend of Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th November 2018 from 9am to 5pm.
This unique community event brings together the work of over 50 acclaimed artists who reside in the inspiring locations of Dural, Galston, Arcadia and Berrilee. The selected properties are linked by a picturesque, leisurely country drive, passing open fields, working properties, nature reserves, rustic bush properties and manicured rural gardens. It is the ultimate spring day trip!
Arcadian Artists Trail provides an avenue for both experienced and emerging artists from inside and outside the community to showcase their creative talents. Over the two days, you'll have the unique opportunity to discover each artist's process first-hand.
There will be 8 private studios open to the public as part of trail and all the displayed artworks are available for sale - this will include an eclectic showcase of sculptures, glass, prints, paintings, mosaics, ceramics, textiles, jewellery, leather and timber work.
Selected artists will also be demonstrating their skills over the weekend and whilst you are in the area, you can explore the serene natural surroundings found in Sydney's Northern fringe - from impressive parks and vast forests, to gentle pastures where alpaca graze alongside vibrant orchards of orange, peach and plums.
An easy to follow map of the Arcadian Artists Trail can be found here and trail highlights and artist profiles are noted on the Arcadian Artists website; simply click on the respective locations below:
