The Gallery of Modern Art's Up Late events, held on Friday nights, allow visitors to view selected exhibitions outside of the usual opening hours in a relaxed and social atmosphere.


The latest Up Late event is scheduled for Friday, April 12, 2013 to celebrate APT7 , the 7th Asia Pacific Triennial of Contemporary Art exhibit, which opened in December and is due to close on April 14.



Enjoy contemporary art from Australia, Asia, and the Pacific, including new and recent artwork by established and emerging artists from twenty-seven different countries.

The evening will be enhanced with informal talks by guest speakers and 100 Million Nights, a collaboration between musical duo Canyons and APT7 artist Daniel Boyd. 100 Million Nights will feature an original musical score and a major, new three panel video installation.

Up Late takes place from 5:30pm to 9:30pm. Entry is free. Cash bar and food will be available.
