What's on around Port Stephens
The Nelson Bay region is a popular area for families to have a holiday as it has an abundance of natural beauty and wildlife encounters, which are attractions in themselves. There are also a lot of fun activities to do for kids around Nelson Bay such as Irukandji Shark & Ray Encounters, Oakvale Wildlife Park and sand boarding down Stockton Sand Dunes - just to name a few! It is a great opportunity to get the kids off technology and spend time soaking up the sun in the beautiful Port Stephens region.

Each school holiday, there are also events held to entertain the kids - particularly in the April school holidays when Easter and chocolate are also celebrated! Check out the events listed below, which will keep the whole family entertained...

Whilst there, why not have lunch upstairs at the Kitchen & Patio and enjoy one of their tasty wood-fired pizzas or fresh seafood offerings. The view of Shoal Bay beach from the upstairs level is absolutely stunning with bright blue water contrasted against the pure white sand (see photo, below).
