In Summary

These cookies are so good, you are probably going to share with your friends! The cookbook begins with a handy checklist and kitchen safety.

Sugar, Spice and Everything Nice Cookies
Half of all cookies made in America are chocolate chip. With cinnamon, nutmeg and toffee chips, these are not your ordinary chocolate chip cookies.

Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookies
Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches have been lunchbox favorites since the 1940s. Now you can have PB & J for dessert. Your classmates are going to line up to trade lunches!

Banana Split Cookies
Want a new way to have a banana split? Why not a banana split cookie! Topped with frosting, peanuts and a cherry.

The end of the book is a tools glossary, glossary, a list of suggested reading and suggested internet websites.

In Opinion

In Brekka Hervey Larrew's cookbook, I think that the cookie recipes are undoubtedly delicious. Sugar and Spice? PB & J? Banana Split? All three (3) are my personal favorites!

Moms and Dads out there, why not let your kids learn how to bake? Such is a skill to last forever. Maybe purchase this cookbook for them as a "first cookbook".

I give this cookbook a 5-star rating.
