Gather a group of friends and book a free, exclusive group tour of the . The one-hour tour will show you through the World War I Memorial Crypt, World War II Gallery, and the Post-WW II Memorial and Exhibition Gallery. The three galleries are situated under the Shrine of Remembrance at ANZAC Square in Brisbane's CBD.



As a bonus, between 15-28 January 2021, there will be a display of a Venetian glass mosaic by Don Ross. The mosaic is made up of an astounding 140,000 hand-cut glass enamel pieces mixed with soil sourced from WWII cemeteries around the world where Australians who served in the war are buried.

Group tours can be booked online at www.anzacsquare.qld.gov.au. These are held Monday to Friday, except public holidays. Session times offered are 10am, 11.30am, and 1.30pm.





Collection Highlights Tour every Wednesday

An alternative to organising your own group tour is to simply join the weekly tour by the State Library of Queensland. Every Wednesday, there will be a 45-minute "Collection Highlights" tour of the three memorial galleries.
