This ANZAC Day, Wednesday 25th of April, 2018, the City of Canning is proudly presenting their annual FREE ANZAC Day Legacy Blues Concert.
Now in its fifth year, the ANZAC Legacy Blues Concert has become an iconic event in the City of Canning and continues to attract blues legends from around the world.
Over three jam-packed hours, you'll hear from the likes of special guest performer, American blues and soul singer/songwriter Eugene Hideaway Bridges, as well as a star-studded line-up of local and international talent including Billy Rogers (Cold Chisel), and Lucky Oceans (Grammy Award Winner), with Rick Steele & The Legacy Band.
This free, family friendly event is a must for any blues fans or those who love to dance and all are welcome - including your furry friends!
Kids can enjoy a poppy making workshop, while adults have a go at the giant games.
Guests are invited to bring their own seating or a blanket along and find a space on the expansive lawns and enjoy the show. Please note that low backed chairs and picnics are permitted only towards the front.
You can BYO picnics and alcohol and there will be some delicious food trucks onsite, including Braised Bros, Summer 1954, Soul Cocina and Bootlegger Coffee
