Anzac Day, Wednesday 25th April represents the landing of Australian and New Zealand forces on Turkey's Gallipoli peninsula, in 1915. There are services in many suburbs but I have limited this list to just 15 events.

[b]1. FREMANTLE**
This service will begin at 5:50 am, and go till about 6:30 am. It will be held at the Fremantle War Memorial in Monument Hill, Knutsford Street, Fremantle.

Join in for this moving ANZAC Day Dawn Service and there will be two large screens which will be installed behind the monument, with a third screen installed further down the hill on the High Street side of the reserve - this enables ALL visitors to be able to see the service clearly on the cenotaph.



[b]Public Transport[/b]
On the day, there will be free travel on public transport for anyone wearing military uniform or medals travelling to the ANZAC Day Dawn Service or ANZAC Day Parade in Fremantle.

[b]2. APPLECROSS**
This is another dawn service commencing at 5.40 am at the Applecross RSL Sub-Branch, 96 Kintail Road, Applecross.

[b]3. BASSENDEAN**
For those who are not early risers, the service here will start at 10.30 am.

It will be a parade and will start behind Bassendean Hotel at 10.45 am, with the parade step off from 11.00 am, and then for a Memorial Service at the Bassendean War Memorial, Guildford Road, Bassendean

[b]4. COTTESLOE**
Commencing at 6.45 am, there will be a parade and those attending should meet at the top gate (opposite Loma Street). The parade actually starts at 7.00 am and goes from the top gate towards the main lawn.

Then at around 7.10 am the ANZAC Day service commences and goes till 8.00 am.

[b]5. MIDLAND**
This ANZAC Day service starts at 8.30 am and is at the Midland Railway Workshops Peace Memorial, Centennial Place, Midland.



There will be morning tea served at 9.20 am and parking is available in the carpark opposite the Peace Memorial.

[b]6. MT LAWLEY**
ANZAC Day service is at the Lawley Masonic Village, 55 Alexander Drive, Menora, and assembly is at 6.15 am, with the service starting at 6.30 am.

After the service, there will be light refreshments and at 7.45 am you will assemble at the Mt Lawley Cenotaph, corner of Clifton Street & Queens Crescent for the start of the service. After this, there will be a "Gunfire Breakfast" at the Mt Lawley Bowling Club, Cnr Storthes & Rookwood Street, Mt Lawley, and then at 8.45 am you will be able to have a free Sausage Sizzle, near Mt Lawley Cenotaph.

[b]7. MUNDARING**
This is an afternoon event starting at 2.45 pm, and visitors will march from Bendigo Bank at 3.00 pm.

Following this, there will be a service held at The Mundaring Memorial Gardens, Great Eastern Highway.

[b]8. KALAMUNDA**
This service commences at 5.45 am, and assemble at Kostera Oval Memorial for a 6.00 am start.

The Dawn Service is at 6.30 am, followed by a "Gunfire Breakfast" at The Agricultural Hall in Kostera Oval. You can park at Kalamunda High Schoo or Kalamunda shopping centre and there is wheelchair assistance.

[b]9. KWINANA**
This dawn service starts at 5.50 am and then at 6.15 am, there will be a "Gunfire Breakfast" at the Medina Hall, with a gold coin donation.

At 10.15 a, there will be a march from Hoyle Road, Medina and a service at 11.40 am at the War Memorial, Pace Road, Medina. Light refreshments will be available at the RSL Club at around 11.45 am.

[b]10. BICTON/PALMYRA**
Here there will be a dawn service and "Gunfire Breakfast", with the dawn service being at 6.00 am at the Bicton-Palmyra RSL Sub-Branch, 30B Foss Street, Bicton. After this, there will be the breakfast at the same venue.

At 7.00 am bar trade will open at the Sub-Branch, and from 2.00 pm till 6.00 pm, there will be live entertainment with the Band, "Twice Shy".



[b]11. NORTH BEACH**
Starting at 6.00 am, you will assemble at the Memorial, Charles Riley Reserve, North Beach, for the dawn service at 6.15 am.

After this, there will be a "Gunfire Breakfast" at North Beach Bowling Club, 7 Kitchener Street, North Beach.



[b]12. MANDURAH**
The dawn service is at 6.00 am at the Mandurah War Memorial, 11 Leighton Place, Halls Head, and at 7.00 am there will be a "Gunfire Breakfast" at the Mandurah Bowling and Recreation Club, 89 Allnutt Street, Mandurah.

There will be a parade at 9.30 am from the corner of Pinjarra Road and Leslie Street.

[b]13. NEDLANDS**
There will be a commemorative service at 8.30 am and this will be held at the Dalkeith Memorial.

You can park on the street, by arrangement with the Nedlands council.

[b]14. OCEAN REEF**
This dawn service will start at 5.45 am at the Ocean Reef Sports Club, Harbour Quays, Ocean Reef. This will be followed at 6.30 am by a "Gunfire Breakfast" which will continue until bar closing. Then from 8.00 am, there will be Two-up, and at 9.00 am Pop-up bar facilities.

[b]15. SOUTH PERTH**
The ANZAC Day Service will be at 7.00 am at South Perth Memorial Gardens, Corner of South Terrace & Sandgate Street, South Perth.

Members of 3rd Sqn, The Pilbara Regt, RSL Members, Scouts and Guides will march from South Terrace to the Memorial, where a service will be conducted with wreaths laid by various groups, Government Representatives and individuals.



Morning tea will be then available in the Council Hall, and wheelchair access is available.
