Feeling anxious about your wedding? Settle your jitters
While it's common for men to experience nervousness and anxiety leading up to their wedding, all in the name of 'cold feet', when a bride-to-be experiences the same, it can be mistranslated into a sign that her partner isn't 'the one' or that the day should be called off.
It's extremely common for a bride-to-be to experience anxiety and nervousness prior to their wedding day, and to address the common fears, Starting Today Coaching has launched a workshop program for brides-to-be to address some of these typical concerns such as:
What if they aren't the one?
What if our families/friends don't get along?
Will I actually go through with it?
What if I have a panic attack on the day of the ceremony?
What does this say about my feelings for my partner if I am doubting?
Why isn't he feeling stressed about this?

The seminar, to held at Rydges Melbourne, will focus on common wedding nerves and concerns which are experienced every day by brides as well as the methods for uncovering what is natural nervousness and what are genuine 'red flag fears'.
Starting Today Coaching is the only organisation in Australia to offer these seminars for brides (and grooms too) regularly, Australia-wide.
