Kids Development Centre is hosting a FREE workshop on Friday 11th May 2018 which will explore a new cutting-edge treatment for children struggling with anxiety.

Discover how you can help your child recover from anxiety and lead a full and happy life.

It is said that 1 in 10 children currently struggle with anxiety.

    Held at Community Centre, The Grove Library from 6pm, this one-hour workshop will feature an engaging presentation by Dr Natalie Challis, who will discuss:

  • The causes of anxiety

  • The physical and emotional impact of anxiety

  • The use of QEEG guided Neurofeedback, nutrition and nervous system support to treat anxiety.

    Following the presentation, there will be an open forum to answer all your questions about anxiety with Kids Development Centre staff:

  • Leanne Newland - Clinical Psychologist

  • Dr Alison Hay - Clinical Social Worker, Child and Family Therapist

  • Leigh Shinde - Nutritionist

  • Darrell Wills - Educational Specialist

  • Esyltt Graham - Paediatric Chiropractor

    Tea and Coffee will also be provided and there will be an opportunity to chat with the dedicated team at Kids Development Centre after the presentation.

    I believe children simply need the presence of their parents more in their lives, to be nurtured and loved. Parents unfortunately often don’t spend enough quality time with their children. This is likely the root of anxiety and mood swings in children. They are palmed off too often these days.
