Let Rick Milne of 3AW evaluate your Treasure @ Special Day
Trash or Treasure?
Trash or Treasure?

Is it trash or is it treasure? Are you sitting on a priceless collectable that should be in a museum it is worth so much? Well there is one way to find out. Pack it up very carefully with lots of bubble wrap, butcher paper or blankets and mark 25th of February in your diary for a day outing. You are headed for a great day in Pascoe Vale.

This is the day you can bring your precious items to the Dorothy Impey Home Antique & Collectables "Valuation Day" on Saturday the 25th February 2017 from 1:30 pm 4:00 pm. This is better than packing a picnic for Melbourne Cup Day.

The event is easy to get to in Pascoe Vale South at 317A O'Hea Street. Look for the big sign that says Dorothy Impey Home.

Entry is free to see all the other gorgeous antiques on display, but the evaluation of your precious item will cost you only $5. Better yet, box up three or more items and the evaluation goes down to 3 items for $10. This is cheaper than an average lunch. So this is your chance to find out how valuable that fromage bowl actually is.

And you get to meet the famous Rick Milne of 3AW radio, as he is doing the evaluating.

It can be anything from heirlooms, collectables and antiques to coins, stamps, sporting memorabilia, and art. You name it, these experts can tell you how rich you could be. Come enjoy this Antique Roadshow-style event and bring a few friends to make it even more fun. And you get to see other people's treasures and the excitement on their faces when they find out their item, given to them from Great Aunt Kate, is worth a packet. So she did leave something special after all.

All proceeds go to the Dorothy Impey Home Aged Care Facility.

So you are supporting a very worthy cause at the same time you are having a ripper of an 'antiques with attitude' kinda' day.
