3rd Annual Longest Run - Sydney

For those that love running, this is a free event for you.

On a Saturday morning, you can find a bunch of people with dogs and prams attending parkrun events. They are free, timed 5km events, which allow you to run or walk the course. They are usually held in parks, run by volunteers and held all over the world.



On Sunday 10 June 2018, you have the opportunity to take part in the annual longest run in Sydney. It involves running up to 7 parkrun courses and it's free.

You don't have to run all 7 parkrun and there will be no official results for regular parkrunners, however, you will see the familiar parkrun flags to indicate the start/finish.

The schedule that has been posted is:
1. Campbelltown - 6.40am
2. Breakfast @ TBC - 7.30am
3. Chipping Norton - 8.35am
4. Panania - 9.40am
5. Dolls Point - 11.10am
6. Lunch @ TBC - 12.10pm
7. Kamay - 1.35pm
8. Greenway - 3.00pm
9. North Sydney - 4.15pm
10. Dinner @ Oaks - 5.15pm

While you don't have to be the fastest runner to compete, there is only 50 minutes allocated for each parkrun. No equipment will be provided, so bring your own water and snacks.

The event is not covered by insurance and while it is held at parkrun sites, it's not part of parkrun Australia.
