Amazing artwork adventure

Join Mental Illness Fellowship Queensland (MIFQ) for their 22nd Annual Art Exhibition - Kaleidoscope from Saturday 11 May to Thursday 16 May 2013 at King George Square, Brisbane CBD.

MIFQ provide programs and services for people living with a mental illness, their families and carers. Each year, they continue to work together in order to support thousands of people.

This event, themed Kaleidoscope, features local Brisbane artist, Cate Bond who will be joined by around 150 artists, each with lived experience of mental illness. Approximately 350 pieces of artwork will be on display with most available for purchase starting from $20 to $5000. A gold coin donation will be charged for entry.

To be one of the first to purchase amazing pieces on show, celebrate the festivities with MIFQ at their Opening Night Cocktail Party on Friday 10 May from 8-10pm. Pencil this in as it will be an incredible night. The night will be officially opened by Lord Mayor Graham Quirk followed by music and speeches. Limited tickets for $40pp are available for sale now so get in quick. Guests will enjoy a welcome drink as well as a variety of canapés, not to mention the captivating artwork for sale.

Save the date and don't forget to drop by to see the brilliant artwork.
