Anise prides itself on pairing full bodied wines from across the globe with Michelin quality courses. The standard of food and the service provided is outstanding for an intimate location such as this.

Each dish was crafted to perfection with an array of intricate flavours. Gorgeous wine was something I had not experienced before (being a fan of just the $15 basic). I was blown away by the perfect pairing from our barman.
One stand out dish (this is only because I am a massive pasta fan) was the Almond Risotto. Topped with almond flakes it was cooked to perfection and was a real nice tummy warmer. Each dish was equally great, but this was my dining hero.
Anise is a great location for a lunch with a girlfriend, a dinner date with your love or simply even on your own to take your time and to really enjoy the atmosphere. Open for lunch and dinner on selected days (see information in review listing) Anise is a must on the fine dining Brisbane circuit.
