On Thursday, 6th August, 2015 Top Australian Wines is hosting 'An Exclusive Pinot Noir & Shiraz Dinner'; a special fine-dining event which will see a selection of world-class Pinot Noir & Shiraz wines expertly paired with a range of dishes crafted by the masterful chefs at Papa Goose, home of scrumptious modern British cuisine.
This event will commence at 7pm with a glass of the highly acclaimed STEFANO LUBIANA NV BRUT RESERVE SPARKLING WINE (TAS).
Entree will consist of TWICE-COOKED QUAIL, BEETROOT, CARROT, CHERVIL, POMMEGRANATE and WITLOF, paired with a glass of 2013 MAMMOTH PINOT NOIR (Nelson, NZ) and 2012 PRINCE ALBERT PINOT NOIR (Geelong, VIC).
Main will then follow: BRAISED BEEF OYSTER BLADE, CELERIAC, SILVERBEET, PORT and LEMON THYME, paired with a glass of 2011 MOUNT PLEASANT MOUNT HENRY SHIRAZ PINOT NOIR (Hunter Valley, NSW), 2012 MAVERICK TWINS SHIRAZ (Barossa, SA), 2012 IZWAY "BRUCE" SHIRAZ (Barossa, SA) and 2012 MONICHINO SINGLE VINEYARD HEALTHCOTE SHIRAZ (Central, VIC).
And concluding this perfect meal is STICKY DATE PUDDING, HONEYCOMB, CANDIED CHESTNUT, BUTTERSCOTCH and PRUNE & ARMAGNAC ICE CREAM, paired with a glass of CAMILO CASTILLA RAYO DE SOL MOSCATEL (Bodegas, Spain).
