In times like we're going through, a full fridge could make the difference between comfort and feeling bereft. This event is a unique opportunity to tune in and be taken on a narrative journey from your kitchen to the Preston Market food hall. For an interactive experience, locals within the 5km radius can participate in-person, provided they are permitted to travel to the market. For those who are not within the radius the audio lets you experience the beating heart of the north and all it has to offer.
You will reflect on food, where it comes from, and what makes the market so special - the people who make the place, like your local butchers, barista, cheese producers etc who gives the market its unique charm and character. They'll be sharing their deeper and more intimate knowledge on the audio journey. So whether you're already a passionate Preston Market regular, a foodie, or new to the community, come along on a memorable journey using a smartphone or printed instructions.
