The AMC and SA Music Hall of Fame is moving from the Goodwood Institute, Goodwood, into the State Library of South Australia, North Terrace, Adelaide in February, 2015 for 6 weeks for its first exhibition,"Yesterday's Heroes" , to honour 9 Hall of Fame inductees and 5 established Adelaide based National acts.



Coinciding with the 'Yesterday's Heroes' Exhibition , a celebration concert of the Adelaide Music Collective and SA Music Hall of Fame will be held in the Mortlock Chamber. The following musicians, bands and artists who made Adelaide the musical heartbeat of the nation in the 1960's, 1970's and 1980's will perform in concert: The Master's Apprentices, The Twilights, John Schumann (Red Gum), John Brewster (The Angels), Bev Harrell, Rob Riley (Rose Tattoo), Peter Commbe (Children's Entertainer), The Baker Suite, Vincent's Chair, The Timbers, Doug Ashdown (Winter in America), Peter Coombe, Chris Finnen ( Inductee Blues Hall of Fame, New York), The Beggars and Brillig.

This celebration concert conducted by AMC Sessions will be held in the striking Mortlock Chamber, State Library, North Terrace, Adelaide on Monday 9 February at 7.30 pm.



AMC founder, Enrico Morena said, "The Adelaide Music Collective aims to highlight Adelaide's premier musical achievements and bring recognition to the artists, musicians and groups who deserve it; while at the same time creating a central point for others seeking to further their careers nationally and internationally."



Morena said, "This unique and rare concert is celebrating 14 Adelaide acts from over 50 years from 1965 to 2015, will coincide with the Adelaide Music Collective and SA Music Hall of Fame debut exhibition, Yesterday's Heroes, in the Institute Building, State Library of South Australia, from 7 Feb. to 22 March 2015."
