One in five Australians live with persistent pain. The volunteers of the Australian Pain Management Association (APMA) are kept busy providing support, information, training and advocacy services to assist these Australians and their carers and health providers.
This work requires funds. So the Association is hosting a screening of the movie Ambrosia at Dendy Portside Brisbane on 23rd February. Set in the Illawarra region of New South Wales, the movie is about a woman living with persistent pain since a childhood accident who returns to her childhood town of "Ambrosia". Her homecoming requires her to confront tragedies of the past.
Go to the Association's Facebook Event page and follow the links to the Fan Force ticketing site. The screening needs a minimum number of ticket purchases to be able to proceed.
