Seating is strictly limited and bookings are essential for this exclusive and intimate dining experience.

Held in the heart of the Swan Valley, the elegant 5-course alternative Wagyu cut dinner has been carefully crafted by Executive Chef Kiren Mainwaring.

Each course will also be expertly matched to Alternative Wine varieties procured by Senior Winemaker, Digby Leddin. Enjoy including award-winning Vermentino, Fiano, Tempranillo, Grenache and Petit Verdot as part of the unique dining experience.
