Well, well, well. What can I say about this wonderful little gem I found in Prague!

Strolling around this gorgeous city, taking in all of the sites, in awe of its beauty, walking more than 20,000 steps each day, my stomach started to grumble while looking for somewhere that does gluten-free food in this Czech city.

My husband, being the geek that he is, found me a restaurant that does not just cater to people with gluten intolerance or Coeliac disease. - it is all 100% Gluten Free!

Please note that at times I got too excited and forgot to take a photograph until I dug into it.

As we were seated by the very friendly staff, we were also offered a brown paper bag which contained two pieces of rice bread each and some dipping olive oil. Amazing!

All of it! You can't have gluten if you want it! We were in Prague for four days and ate there three times - three long, lavish, delicious lunches.

Sitting out in the sun, bless him, he ate too, so I got to taste everything. He ordered the lasagne, made from real meat - no mince, no mince in sight.

My chicken and mushroom risotto was fantastic, but I have to admit, I did prefer the lasagne though.

We ate so much, three courses every time - yes, every time. The second day we had Italian sausage with penne as well as the garlic and pesto gnocchi. Cooked to perfection, with loads of garlic and fresh chilli.

It was not just the starters, which I almost forgot about.

There was more, the prawns and avocado with sesame seeds, there was the special asparagus menu, there is a delightful delicacy on the menu to tantalise everybody's taste buds.
My absolute favourite meal was the Spaghetti aglio e olio, which is just spaghetti with olive oil and garlic, to boot though, they added shredded prosciutto and my mouth watered like Niagara Falls - no, not a flattering look for anybody but then, by day three, the staff knew us and greeted us like long lost relatives. Now because they remembered me, I did not have to ask for fresh chilies, they just came on the plate.

This restaurant took out the anxiety of ordering, the fear of feeling sick or the odd rolling of the eyes from wait staff, it was just so easy and relaxing. I know you all know what I mean when I complain about my issues, it's not just the food as sometimes, it's the way we are treated about the food, especially in countries we've never been before - it can always be a case of tinned tuna - fortunately for me, it was not the case. It was lovely to sit back with a beer and wait for my meals.

When it came to desserts, the waiter brought around a big stamp and stamped my paper napkin. One side written in English and the other in Czech. It was awesome.

I have never really been a huge fan - I say this until I tried the Pineapple Ravioli. Yes, your eyes aren't playing tricks on you!

Of course, the chocolate fondant with berries; it did not make the photo without me breaking the cake to watch the chocolate ooze out of it ... it was mouth-watering.

There really was so much more. Nothing, however, finishes off the perfect meal without the perfect espresso. Made to perfection.

I want to go back to Prague, just so that I can eat there again!
