Alpha Celebrates Pascha with Traditional Midnight Supper

Alpha Restaurant will celebrate Greek Orthodox Easter, known as "Pascha", with a traditional midnight feast held at 12:30am on Sunday April 16.Hosted in the elegant Alpha Restaurant, the Pascha supper will incorporate traditional Greek dishes such as succulent lamb shank mayeritsa, spit-roasted whole suckling lamb, tsoureki Easter bread and red dye eggs by chef Peter Conistis. All net proceeds from Alpha's Pascha supper will be donated to the soup kitchen at the Greek Orthodox Parish of Saints Constantine and Helen, in Newtown.Tickets are priced at $100 per person, $60 for pensioners and children under 15, and free for children under five.
