I couldn't resist a preview of next week's All Well & Good event, so headed to Eumundi yesterday to enjoy the colour, feel and atmosphere. I must say Eumundi Markets just keep getting better and better every year.

Colourful art everywhere you look
I still remember going a dozen years ago, and simply absorbing the colour, culture and cosmopolitan feel, wandering through the different market areas, hearing the beat of drums, strumming guitars and smelling the delicious aroma of different foods.

Tempting pates and relishes, foods of every culture, prepared with the very best, freshest and local ingredients
Yesterday I was surprised, I thought I would only need an hour or so to revisit this iconic market, though ended up spending a leisurely morning with a friend, having a wonderful time.
Like walking into spring, the burst of colour invigorated my senses, the scents from handmade soaps and other wonderful crafts floated on the soft breeze, and the aroma of coffees and tempting treats wafted.

Country, jazz, blues, piano, drums, guitars...something different everywhere you look and listen

Young artists in the making try their luck
If you haven't been to Eumundi Markets for a while, treat yourself, it's like stepping into another world. A world all about the senses, you'll be aroused.
Touch, taste, see, hear and smell life at its best. Celebrate all that's beautiful, good for your body, mind, soul and the planet.
I fell in love with a simple top, and knew it was worth it when I found the funds go to Sunshine Children's Home in Nepal, and could have purchased a whole lot more, knowing that quite a few of the stalls help raise funds for different charities and causes. Check out

Travelling to the beat of different drums
I couldn't resist buying the book 'Why Shouldn't I Call My Son Clint?' on meeting the author David Hocking, who is a laugh a minute. Check out davidhocking.blogspot.com, if you've an unusual name it's quite likely you'll end up in his next edition.

Who are you? What does your name mean when it rolls off the tongue?
Brunch at the Fig Tree was delightful, basking in the sun, before heading back down the road to Noosa Blue Resort for a Bear Bones coffee to finish off the day.

Art, craft, sculpture, pottery, woodcraft, stone work and more
We are so incredibly fortunate on the Sunshine Coast to have the very best of everything, the weather, an amazing array of places to go, things to see and do, and the friendliest folk for miles.

Explore everything Eumundi has to offer...
It's easy to be tempted to stay longer when you are greeted by a smiling face, a welcoming 'hi', you are embraced by the hospitality, feeling like sun on your face radiating sunshine and smiles.
You know, I might need spend some more time at this end of the coast, it's delightful, and I've so much more to explore.
I'd really like to go fishing soon, so might give smooth water fishing charters a call, I hear there's no one who knows more about the waters around here than Phippsy. And we already know he's a fantastic host, so sure to be a fun filled adventure. Check out
