Whether you're buying or selling your pre-loved baby and children's wares, kids and baby markets are the perfect place to start. All For Kids Markets are held monthly at various venues around Melbourne, with the next market scheduled for Saturday 5th November 2016 in Preston
The first Preston market featured over 80 stallholders and more than 600 people attended to browse the range of beautiful pre-loved 0 7 year-old baby and children's wares alongside boutique and homemade treasures at an indoor, pram friendly venue. Perfect for the mum-to-be or gift buyer to find something special, or recycle some new or barely used baby items in a kindness to our planet. Most baby goods, especially clothes, are hardly used at all before they are outgrown and the cost saving can be huge. Items being sold include clothes and toys, books and bikes, prams and nursery equipment, maternity wear, baby shower presents handmade items and more.
Save a bundle on brand name and quality handmade baby wares. Some of the boutique stallholders will include Ellamoo with their pram liners and blankets, teething rings, bibs, headbands, nappy wallets and more. Hopscotch Baby Shop with wood toys and clothing, Jookie & Me handmade bean bags, Dudes & Dolls Kids Clothing Collection, LaRobe dresses, hats & swimwear, Loki smocking baby dresses and pop up cards, Quilts for Cots, Jamberry Nails, Goodnight Sleeptight, Katrina Christ Photographer, My Tiny Dreamz, Dashing Designs, Forever Kids pedal & ride on cars, mobiles, model planes and more, Yaua Handmade Shop featuring pillows and bears, just to name a small handful.
All For Kids Markets also provide some entertainment for the kids including jumping castle, face painting and ride on toy ponies, just to get the ball rolling. There is also a pop up onsite café where you can sit and relax with a coffee and something to eat after a morning shopping, and there are always plenty of freebies and prizes given away throughout the day.
The All for Kids Market is being held at the Darebin Arts & Entertainment Centre, Cnr Bell Street & St Georges Road, Preston. There will be ample parking and easy access via public transport. Entry to the market is $3 per person with kids free, and the market runs between 9am and 1pm.
