Aladdin -The musical is about to finish a successful season at Sydney's beautiful Capitol Theatre. It opens in Melbourne's Her Majesty's Theatre on April 15 and will be playing 8 shows weekly from Wednesday through to Sunday.


The excitement and anticipation grows from the moment you enter the theatre to see the colourful curtain. The show is incredibly fast paced and is full of energetic dance routines, beautiful voices, fabulous costumes & sets. Running for 2 hrs 35 minutes including a 20 minute interval the time flies and you don't want it to end.



There are many great musical moments that build on the songs from the movie as well as some original compositions. The Cave of Wonders and the magic carpet ride defy description as there are things that must be seen to be believed. Humour is provided primarily by the irreverent cheeky Genie and Jafar's sidekick Iago.

Aladdin the Musical is an extravagant, over the top, opulent fun filled fantasy that is pure entertainment. One tip for those offended by bling you may need to wear your sunglasses!
