The taste of good food takes my mind away.
Published July 10th 2011
A touch of Lebanese cuisine.

Kebabs, Lebanese bread, tabouleh, now that's got your mind on Lebanese food.

Al Barakeh Chacoal Chicken is located at Liverpool and has the nicest freshly cooked on the spot charcoal chicken. The place may look small and congested, with not enough room to move anywhere. Not only do they have nice food but the customer service is friendly and makes you feel welcome.

The prices are cheap with and without meal deals. Kebab meals, charcoal chicken pack, hot chips, salads and many more varieties on the menu.

They have the student snack pack, consisting of your chosen chicken piece, chips, garlic sauce, Lebanese bread and your chosen can of drink. If I remember, all that was around $8-9. Cheap, satisfying and filling as well.

Just imagine that crispy, partially burnt piece of chicken in your mouth, wrapped with the bread filled with chips and garlic sauce. You know you can't say no.

I can recommend you to try out the charcoal chicken. I haven't tried anything else there, but it still looks great and delicious to try.

They have a tv for your entertainment and a take away service is available.
