To all my fellow sushi fanatics out there, the search for the best roll in town is finally over. Look no further than Aisuru Sushi, conveniently located in the heart of Northbridge.

As soon as I stepped foot into the sushi bar, I knew that I was in for a refreshingly unique dining experience. The contemporary decor and excellent customer service creates an inviting atmosphere, quickly accommodating those who feel anxious about the hustle and bustle of Northbridge on a busy night.

We chose to sit down at the sushi bar where there was a full view of the skilled sushi connoisseurs working their magic, however there is also the option of a more intimate dining experience at separate booths at tables.

As a self-professed sushi lover, I was skeptical when a friend described the sushi as 'one of the best meals I've ever had', however looking through the menu I began to see the legitimacy of this claim.

One of the many exotic rolls to choose from

There is a vast selection of rolls to choose from, with colourful description of each enough to get your taste buds tingling. We ordered half servings of the Dynamite, Plum Flower, Spider and Hawaiian Rolls and sat on the edge of our seats like excited school kids, admiring the dexterity and composure of the men in uniform rolling, blowtorching and garnishing before our eyes.

Before long, our dishes were passed over by the chefs themselves, looking delectable as ever. It's hard to explain the feeling of utter satisfaction that followed each bite- the fresh ingredients coupled with the fusion of western and eastern flavours proved to be a winning combination. If you decide to try out this new joint, I would highly recommend you order a serving of the Dynamite Roll - a personal favourite.

If reading this review has already got you dribbling on your keyboard, head down to Aisuru Sushi, located at 208-210 William Street, Northbridge, WA - you're in for a treat.
